On almost all of the wilesco models the brass ring next to the flywheel gear (on the shaft connected to the crankshaft)is out of place prevented slow running speed, ever since i removed mine it runs soooo much slower :)

wow, thats not a fast steamup :S by the looks of the water boiling then the speed which the flywheel moves, mine would be thrashing to hell like that, nice and clean tho XD, mine has the same problem of a bent sprocket from the fly wheel to the wheel, makes a hissy sound then it brushes against something (never worked it out)
