I loved this project and I watched every single second of it. I wish I could do this for my GD3 with a Infinti Q45 head lamp. Great fucking job!!!!

When the plastic gets hot it is very pliableand when you place it over and object it will take that shape, the vacuum is just to remove air so the mould is just like what was used to shape it. so when the plastic cools and hardens you are left with what you were after
