Le SAC DE MAIN est Le premier jeu d'adresse, qui utilise surtout le dos de la main pour attraper et lancer! Pensez à un AKI ou Footbag pour les mains, avec le même règle classique... Pas de paumes de mains permises! Tout le reste du corps est permis, lui donnant aussi un côté de Jonglerie. La base du jeu est surtout un reflet des formes de plusieurs Arts-Martiaux. Il est de forme ovale ou ronde. Le SACEASI est le premier SAC DE MAIN de l'histoire depuis 1992!

L'histoire du Sac de Main AUX U.S.A. et au Québec.

Tom Hanson à inventé Saceasi et le Hand Sack ou Sac (De Main) en 1992 à Détroit. Ce jeu d'adresse unique, qui consiste principalement à attraper un SAC sur le dos de la main. Il est permit d`utiliser toutes les autres parties du corps, sauf pour les paumes de main. Le jeu est un mélange de AKI ou Footbag, de la Jonglerie ainsi que des arts martiaux, particulièrement le Tai-Chi.

Saceasi Hand Sack is a unique skill toy by using the back hands, it`s a mix of juggling, martial arts and hacky sack (foot bag) whereby you can use any body part to catch and release except for your palms of your hands. Start small by getting a feel for the Sac. Place the sac on the back of your hand. Feel its weight, feel its connection with the back of your hand. Once comfortable begin to move hand in varying directions while the hand sack is on the back of your hand. As you become more comfortable with the Saceasi, attempt to toss the hand sack from the back of the hand and catch it on the back of the same or even opposite hand. Once a proper back of the hand catch is mastered, remember no palms allowed, a collection of tricks can be found on under the Play page. A few hints everyone should know is to keep your fingers spread apart, your thumb up, and most of all, explore your individuality by learning to catch using any body part but the palm of your hand.
