Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh on Saturday plunged into an unprecedented political crisis with all the ministers from the Andhra and Rayalaseema regions deciding to resign to protest the Central Government's decision to grant separate statehood to Telangana( http://connect.in.com/telangana/profile-1900269.html ).

At a meeting in Hyderabad, all 20 ministers from the two regions decided to submit their resignations to Chief Minister K Rosaiah.

Minister for Municipal Administration Anam Ramnarayana Reddy told reporters that they would meet Rosaiah to convey their decision and submit their resignations.

"There is pressure on us from the people to join the movement for a united Andhra Pradesh and hence we have decided to quit," he said amid the growing unrest in the two regions........

.....As many as 130 legislators from the two regions, including 76 from the ruling Congress, have submitted their resignations to the Assembly Speaker. Legislators of the opposition Telugu Desam Party( http://connect.in.com/telugu-desam-party/profile-266641.html ) (TDP) and Praja Rajyam Party( http://connect.in.com/praja-rajyam-party/profile-224663.html ) (PRP) have also submitted their resignations........

Andhra need not to be split..But the preious Telangana state need to kept as usual as T-State

People (so called settlers) want United Andhra not because they have any goddamm sentiments on Telangana but because of resources that Telangana region has and evil politicians have an eye on the funds allocated to this region.

People asking separate telangana makes sense as telangana was never a part of AP. Telangana was joined on the experimental basis earlier so that administration will be easy (because of common linguistic language) and also based on the interest of Telangana people. But after formation of Andhra pradesh, people of telangana were not happy. But this clause was ignored.

The US is geographically 3 times larger than India, so it was an administrative necessity. By the way if the majority are gainst such a move why give in to a minority ???

Seemandhra people in the name of unity occupies Telangana supressing its people. Today the high court has 80% lawyers, filmy professionals, river waters, funds, etc goes to andhra. They are infact KABJANDHRA & therefore crying for united andhra.
