  • i never really understood the point of having 6 meals throught out the day. i think the 3 meal makes more sense cause usually people work so they cant really take 6 lunch breaks in a day. so y not have a breakfeast then a lunch then dinner then lift. ur body gonna be able to use all of it from working n going to the gym.

  • not to think that im hating or anything bro, but u have a long way to go to be big. ur just skinny/fit. but keep doing ur thig man with good motivation and dedication you will be big one day.

  • you say thing like guessing but can you tell me where the research that you can only digest 50g? to be fair im sure you can digest far more than that if it goes into muscle building is another story, anabolic windows sound bro science to me buy all mean take a post meal shake. remember protein can take 1-7 hours to digest depending on source example whey vs a steak. i think you could build muscles on that but 5 meals keeps people satisfyed and stops binge eating as much and spiking insulin
