  • they sang that "they belong together:like orange and juice and DESI and LUC(y)"

this show was produced at Desilu studios, but its weird that Desi and Lucy divorced not to long after this...

  • Do you have a recording of Danny Thomas singing "Nobody Knows But The Lord" for Decca Records?

  • some people leave comments here wishing they still made shows like this. it can never happen because we dont have people like this anymore. danny thomas, jack benny, jackie gleason, george burns and gracie allen, bob hope, bing crosby, dean martin and jerry lewis, frank sinatra, fred astair ,look these people we're all around entertainers. we dont have anyone like that anymore. we have the self indulgent hollywood brats with little talent or class that compares to the old entertainment industry.

  • I always head of this guy! Never got a chance to really see his show. Quite a great comedian!

  • @dcat918 Next year marks not only the centennial of the birth of Mr. Thomas but also the 50th anniversary of the founding of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

  • DO A WEB SEARCH ON:

    THANKS.

  • Danny Thomas rocks.

  • I like this beginning much more than that brassy, loud version that they invariably use. This one sounds like music that they might play in the dining room of a fifties steak house...quiet and pleasant.

  • I sure wish they'd still make TV shows like this one, and some of the others at this point in time. Shows weren't filled with profanity, cursing and swearing, and always seemed to have a moral message, in the end. I always liked the theme, too.

  • This was an excellent TV show
