@bieberfeverdrewflu17 I would take the gel eyeliner.. put I think if you want to buy a pencil liner than it doesn't metter wich one you take cause every single one is great.. :D

@Pandora4977 yes, and in this tube there is the gel eyeliner.. and you need an eyelinerbrush to use it.. you take some of the eyeliner on your brush and draw stuff on your face that you want.. ^^

@Pandora4977 I use first the gel eyeliner and than I use the eyeshadow.. so I do not mix..
