@Choxone if you are naturally skinny ..its impossible to get a jlo or kim k body because of damn genetics lol. you may try eating more and build high muscle on ur ass and legs.

Just wanna say, I really like this workout~ I like that it hits the back of the thighs as well as the butt proper, 'cause that really helps to define and tuck in that trouble spot as the top of the legs.

can u have a big waist then a small waist and can you widen your hips and increase booty size( so that would be increasing booty size and width)

Yes it does. As long as you're consistent with doing butt exercises, they will sculpt and build the glute muscles.
