@Padischah88 "Nature doesn't support any muscle building on any human being; not good for survivability; any muscle building is due to chemical products".
Just stop. Turn off the computer. Walk away. You sound fucking ridiculous.
@Padischah88 What do you know about muscle exhustion? Are you serious? Do you even workout and I mean for a sport. Time has nothing to do with muscle exhaustion! High reps of a random exercise is not exactly benefitual to someone who is training to be a fighter, boxer, etc. The exercises they do need to be more specific to there type of movement during that activity.
Nonsense? It is a fact. Don't get me wrong, I like crossfit and practice it myself and fight gone bad is about the hardest workout I have ever done. All I said was that it is not optimal for muscle building, but great all round training, especially in a cardiovascular point of view.
First of all, crossfit never said about muscle building. Besides, any muscle building you see around is due to chemical products. Nature doesn't support any muscle building on any human being.. It's not good for survivability in a complex environment. And that is what crossfit tries to do. Make a human being fit in a diverse environment. Multi-effective muscles.. not for weight lifting alone, not running alone, not flexibility alone, but all together
Yeah these people are "fit" all right. I can spit in the air an it'll land on someone who is fit. It you want to be a champion you got to hit the wights hard, not hop around with some average people

@Bigant55 what do you know of muscle exhaustion ?! Really ?! All of you talking BS in here...
Muscle exhaustion can NOT happen in a 15-20 min WOD (Work of the day)...
Do you have any clue of how muscles work ?!
give me a brake !

Would not call extra muscles useless, it depends on what your goal is, don't it?
