I done all of this, ive checked my software (the recorder program) i can hear sound from my xbox but not the video. So I put the little button to TV instead of HD, and now it's saying my TV has no signal?? What do I do?

Why when my videos are like over a min they are 100GB+ ?
and it dosent allow me to put it on youtube..i just posted a vid that took half an hour to do and its only 17 seconds long!! Can someone plz tell me how to make it smaller
