This is a bit of the pics and things we did while on our 2008 Mission Trip to South Africa. We worked in the provence of Kwa Zulu Natal. We worked in an area called the "Midlands". This area is at the base of the Drakensburg Mountain Range which spans the entire South African Country side from the Indian Ocean to the Atlantic Coast Side. They are a set of tabletop mountains that range from 3000' to 13,000'. The Drakensburgs are the shield for the landlocked country of Lesotho.

Our work entailed: Eye Glass Clinic's, working at the Church Orphanage, delivering food parcels, erecting vegetable growing tunnels, and AIDS home visitations.
