I use Model Master Acryl black paint and Testors Universal Acrylic Thinner. Pour some thinner into a small open dish, mix in just a small amount of paint, and using a very fine brush dab onto your model. Let it sit and dry. And there ya go. Check out 2old4toys, he has a nice tutorial.
