I saw that no one posted up a video on how to replace front brake pads on a NON-Brembo equipped G35 sedan, So I became the first one to do so. This video applies to all 2003-2006 year G35 sedans.
Great vid! I used this as a guide to do my rears last year! I noticed you didn't remove the shims from your old pads to put on the new ones. Is that ok?
Just an update.....the job is done. Followed your directions exactly and was done in less than an hour. I didn't have a c-clamp so I used a piece of wood and forced the pistons in. Other than that, this was easier than changing my oil. Thanks again.

I'm confused with the c clamp. So it pushes the piston in so you can put the caliper back over the new pads?
