@MonXH The beat and the flow, dude. He's rapping the delivery. And FYI, for songs on "The Information" that are "SO MUCH GREATER THAN COUNTRY", listen to "No Complaints" and "New Round". That's the whole point of Beck; he elevates specific genres by combining them with other (often contradictory) ones. Therefore, he's made a better hip hop song (which is what I feel it most resembles), by mixing in some funk and electro, as well as a hint of ambient psychedelia in the last third.
