Floyd has agreed to test for xylocaine when they negotiated to fight Pacquiao. I don't know what the fuck you're talking about, but all boxers are tested for drugs before a fight. Pacquiao and Top Rank are just some nonnegotiable people. Pacquiao got what he wanted, 147 catchweight, 8 oz gloves, have his introduction last, etc. But he couldn't follow up on blood testing, and now Mayweather is blamed for wanting a clean fight. He's taking the same tests too.
