The first time i heard about this book, i was on a date with this great guy who told me about it. I bought it the next day and read it and it was amazing.

@sumfingwhite2011 The power of now talks about the same stuff. It is amazing, its almost like having your own trainer, only more difficult. It has around 100 pages and I had read half in about 7 months. It is a book of application.

There are a lot of great messages in this movie. It's a bit idealized and trite, but it's an enjoyable one to watch alone, when you can think about your own life and path.

What I don't get is why the movie is so short! Its only about twenty minutes long with all three sections. Is that because if it is longer the audience are no longer in the moment because they get bored and start thinking about why Nick Nolte looks like Santa Claus.

I don't think it was in the movie. I heard it in the trailer but it wasn't in the movie.
