Isn't it possible that "Dulk Falkis" is just a bad translation of "Dark Falz"?
I mean, it wouldn't be the first time that a translation team cocked something up (kind of like when Tales of Phantasia GBA translated "Ragnarok" as "Kangaroo" in the English version).

This isn't Dark Falz. Its Dulk, you can only fight Dark Falz on the online mode, which costs money to play per month (rather weak considering we 360 users pay money for an online account too)

No, it's not a matter of bad translation. Dark Falz and Dulk Fakis are two different bosses, if you actually played the game online you would know this.
