A "field interview"? What is this thug talking about? There is no circumstance when a police officer can force someone to identify themselves when they aren't suspected of committing a crime. So he just said himself that it is his intent to "scare the shit out of" and "intimidate" citizens, so that they just "go away". This guy is a thug hiding behind a badge.

The police down here in edgewater are horrible the only guy that i like out of that whole police force it the old lieutennant who has the glasses. He is the only good guy on the whole force.
