龍門太極拳 Longmen / Dragon Gate Taijiquan

全真龍門派龍門拳２９代掌門 李法均 道長 演示龍門太極拳一路。
道家傳承「尊祖不言師」，並非叫弟子不要尊師重道，而是要弟子真正領悟老子「人法地，地法天，天法道，道法自然」的精神，要掌握莊子「與天地共生，與萬物為一」的齊物思想­，修天地人自然合一的大道，而並非是模仿任何局限於個人的體現。只有這樣，才能使每一位有緣人都能修得反璞歸真的正道，而不至誤入「為學日益」的歧途。為師者，都只是領航­、引路的「牧師」而已。
「真傳一句話，假傳萬卷書」，求道、修道，根本不會有捷徑，都必須經過知行合一、性命雙修、身體力行的過程。修道者，以道為體，以術為用，與以道家、道教知識、技術去招來­，但個人思想、行為、日常生活卻還是紙醉金迷、求名逐利的，完全是兩個世界。
The concept of Tai Ji is the core part of Taoism, and Tai Ji Quan is a total health promoting skill since the first emperor of China, Huang Di, though such Tai Ji Quan was not named as Tai Ji Quan at that time. No matter the name started by whom, by which style, which school of martial arts and from which year, any practice of Taoist skill must be accompanied by the practice of the philosophy of the whole Taoism, not just as a skill, and never as a martial arts only.
The style of this Tai Ji Quan is originated from the Taoist "Dragon-gate School of Quan Zhen Dao" (道家全真龍門派). The Dragon-gate school was established by a very famous Taoist Qiu Chu Ji (邱處機) about one thousand years ago. It is not until recent years that this traditional, original Tai Ji Quan of long history has started to be open to the public.
The single performer in the video is Master Li fa-jun (李法均), the 29th successor and Head of the Dragon-gate School at present. And the performers in other videos are Master PN Lee (李寶能), the 30th disciple of Master Li, and his 31st disciples.
Master Li mainly stay some where in China, Master PN Lee is in Hong Kong, and Master(Mrs) Asada (浅田), 31st disciple of Master PN Lee is in Japan.
Through practicing this Tai Ji Quan, one can experience the dynamic equilibrium of "Yin Yang", the experiences of well integration of body, mind, spirit, and the unification of human and the nature. "Yin Yang" is the centre of interest of Tai Ji Quan, but Dragon-gate School is one of the very few styles of Tai Ji Quan today which can help us to experience the real meaning of it.
