The overall goal of Baltic Operations 2010 is to enhance the interoperability and improve involvements in the larger Baltic region theater security cooperation strategy. Petty Officer Erick Holmes tells us how a combined maritime exercise in Loksa, Estonia did just that. This was the 38th time Baltic operation was conducted and involved the U.S., Latvia, Estonia, nine other NATO nations and one non-NATO observer.
