When the 'Etiquette lady' is talking...Why do I have a saying running thru my head, "Lipstick on a pig?"LOL!

I love it how it's a rule of thumb for the producers to choose families that are complete opposites of each other and the families go in knowing this yet there are always complaints and drama from each family even though it's only for a week and they can just go back to their old rules after the experience is finished.

the stuck up dad is such a moron

@andenisa If her motive was to get her kids in shape and be disciplined, I would've said more power to her. She's using it as a desperate attempt to advance her kids popularity in school. The other family might not exude elegance (or proper English), but at least they're not condescending and shallow.

@bamabelle327 Cheerleading is probably the most girliest activity a girl could participate in, so I can see her point in trying to get them to be a little less tomboyish by giving it a shot. It also teaches discipline and teamwork, which are two of the many qualities needed for success.

I think lady etiquette would have gotten more respect had she at least played in the mud. I mean, you gotta give a little if you want a little.

the etiquette family is a bunch of assholes, except the kids.

What kind of decent civilized person right out tells some one that they're stupid or 'of lower entigence'? I hope the snob's little girls watch this and see how they're mother acted and learn from it.
She claims she gave them a lesson in etiquette just by being herself, then by that example they should treat her like trash for a week.
The Mud Dad is such a good loving father the way he stood up for his daughters when that woman was telling his daughters they're not good enough for society.
And how dare she say he is of lower intelligence - he's a mechanic, she teaches people how to be rude snobs. 'Nuff said.

Funny how "Daddy Manners" is the rudest bastard on the entire show.
