Actually that so called "rumor" is actually true. The developers said they made the NC have more Armour but they are much slower. the VS are easier to

control but have less Armour. The TR have moderate Armour and have plenty of speed.

Have you tried piloting all of the ESFs, even just 1 of them?

The Scythe is the most noob friendly. Most maneuverable, most accurate weps.

The Mossie is for intermediate pilots. Very maneuverable, fastest, quietest.

The Reaver is for advanced pilots. Slowest, much loader, least maneuverable, hardest hitting weps and strongest vertical thrust.

There are rumors that the Reaver gets more armour to make up for its less responsive controls. They're false, all ESFs have the same hitpoints.
