COX Cable TV in Tucson #1

This is the quality TV we get on COX Cable in Tucson, AZ for $100+/month. For months they've claimed J.D. Power & Associates highest rankings here in Tucson. But COX support is a joke ... I've had internet connection problems for a year before I find the cable modem they sold me was defective! Complaining about anything doesn't get a fix, just a run-around.

I live in Tucson too, Cox is a piece of SHIT! Their cable boxes would constantly go out, and I would have to drive 10 miles to Broadway and Craycroft just to get another piece of shit cable box, and that would go out and that means another 10 mile drive and a waste of gas. I canceled Cox 2 years ago for Directv, and LOVING IT! I will NEVER go back to cable as long as I live.

I have Dish Network and NEVER have had an issue even with rain. 100s of HD channels, would never go back to cable, live in Tucson, never liked Cox

I have Cox Digital in Louisiana and its fucking awesome. Sorry about yours. I guess its a location thing.

I have comcast in tucson. And its majorly expensive I wish time warner cable and if jones existed jones.

cox sucks. that always happened when i had cox. i wised up and got qwest. it actually works, never loses the signal, oh and guess what cox? FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea there customer service sucks. The Service sucks. I just have basic cable and atleast once about every hour the video will freeze up like a scratched DVD. They want to send a tech to my house. What good will that be. I have no box, no DVR. The cable comes into the house and into the TV. It's their problem not mine.
