@BeyondOpenSource jag is owned by indian company TATA, and also ferrari it`s not as use to be. Latest models got a big problems with the engines.

@BeyondOpenSource Jaguar/LandRover belongs to Tata since 2008. Maserati and Ferrari is a one company that belongs to Fiat.

Today, Jaguar is owned by Ford, a crappy company I should say, and it is filled with way too many electronics that will simply make this car have many technical problems. On the other hand, Maserati is owned by Fiat, who also owns Ferrari. It far more of a better build and lacks the unnecessary gadgets. Just pure luxury and power, and reliability as well.
