"There is little debate that the leadership of the House — lead by Nancy Pelosi — has successfully convinced vulnerable Democrats to walk the plank on issues like the government takeover of our health care system, trillions in wasteful spending, bailouts and even cutting food stamps to funnel tax dollars to the teachers' unions. But for some members, it is the Cap and Trade tax that may turn out to be the anchor around their electoral necks. Look no further than Ohio and Reps. Zack Space and John Boccieri.

Reps. Space and Boccieri voted with Nancy Pelosi and against their districts by supporting the Cap and Tax bill and are now paying the price. A reader just sent us a copy of this incredibly effective ad that is now running in two districts in Ohio:

The ad reminds voters of the issues at stake — the budget, securing our borders, reckless growth of government and the cost of the Cap and Tax bill -- and in Ohio Cap and Tax is a huge liability. Ohio is already experiencing some of the highest unemployment rates in the country (10.4%) and Cap and Tax would send upwards of 100,000 Ohio jobs overseas. The bill would damage the state so much that even the State Senate has gone on record opposing the bill.
Some third party groups often put up issue ads that do more harm than good. This is not the case. Take the ad and send it around."

zero, you can't even spell Reagan. Reagan made our military stronger after Carter destroyed it. Reagan ended the cold war. Reagan cut taxes and gave us the best economic growth in my lifetime. Reagan made us feel proud to be American again after two dark decades. Reagan was the ray of light when Carter gave us 21% interest rates. If you do not realize how great a president Ronald Reagan was, it's because you were not alive or were on drugs at the time!

@roblrich Thanks, Rob. I was getting around to a reply to zero. To add, Regan brought down the Berlin Wall, and immediately afterwards I met a young couple from East Berlin who told me how much it helped the German citizens, and how grateful they were to him. He also set in motion the dissolution of the USSR.

I was totally against his amnesty program then and the progressives program now. Even great men make mistakes. I agree Washington, Adams, Lincoln & JEFFERSON were the GREATEST! NO ON FDR.

funny how republicans complain we havent "secured the boarders" yet their holy god Regan gave amnisty to over 3 million illegal immigrants. not to mention it was under his administration that the "buy now with credit cards, and pay later" theory came to be. which is exactly what got us into the mess in the first place.

@getabrainasshole I don't think we have a prayer to fire Pelosi, there are far too many gay sheeples who live there, and will never vote for a Republican. But, I still think there's a chance in hell to get rid of Reid. PRAY!! As far as Maxine and Rangle, well the truth is they're black, and they're going to skate just like OJ did. Makes me furious, but what can we do? Too many black people believe the Al Sharpton's and Jessie Jackson: black people deserve special treatment as past reparations.

@fab4bear explain to me how he is "one of the greatest presidents" seriously. when i think of a "great president" i think, washington, adams, lincoln, jackson, roosevelt. presidents who did astonishing things in their time as president. what did regan do? honestly, you would put him in a catagory with those presidents?
