hara hara gange Mahadev sri Shankara
hara hara Parvati pati sri Shankara
Mahadev and Shankara are both names for Shiva, I believe, and Parvati is Shiva's wife. Also, the Ganges is connected to Shiva in a creation story. (Ganga fell on his head!) Hope this helps. :-)
