Tibial Plateau Fractures are complicated injuries which have in the past required surgical measures resulting in large scars and soft tissue damage. For this, the Arthroscopically Assisted minimally invasive technique has been developed. Dr Al Muderis takes you through the steps involved in this very effective operation.
I fell off a 50 foot cliff while at work last October and fractured my tibial plateau, my back and coccyx. I had successful knee surgery about three months ago similar to this video. My superficial peroneal nerve was permanently damaged from trauma and now I have drop foot. This video is informative and graphic. Thanks for posting it, I know now what happened while I was sedated, explicitly and in bloody detail. Hooray for Arthroscopic tools and the surgeons who use them!!

Wow, I've gotta see my X-rays to see what they have done to my knee as my scar is about 8" long!, I'm still unable to bend mine much more than 75/80' without it hurting no wait baring yet 6 weeks on !. , that guy looked lucky!
