Are you implying that you heard any jazz cords, any swing or bebop rhythms, or any blue notes in that piece, because seriously you might want to try listening to some jazz mate. Search for Stephane Grappelli and then you'll know what jazz is. This doesn't even remotely feel like jazz.

Yes, I cant tell you who acually preformed this particular piece, but it is, in fact, the original composition by Seress. Wherever he downloaded it from clearly mislabled it.
