No offense, but this guy better not sell himself as a Ghazal singer. My mother tongue is telugu, and I love my mother tongue as much as anyone. Yet telugu pales in front of Urdu or even Hindi for Gazal. Forget Mehdi Hassan, Begum Akhtar, Hariharan, or Jagjit Singh - I think the lighter singing Pankaj Udhas is more melodious than this guy. Sorry I just do not like this guy not his singing, and worse his stage antics are obnoxious - asking for lights, asking for claps - geez that is all cheap.

What a great Idea. This song reflects of our beautiful culture and tradition which is almost forgotten or neglected.
I can see that agony in the song its singer and composer.
But I always visit my village and meet all my relatives and old boys even at this senior citizen status.
Now I feel satisfied and realize the value of my visits.
Thanks for exposing this good song
