    I remember going to a taping of this when I was in college. The taping lasted several hours, because they didnt just tape one episode, but a couple, and at the end the cast kept messing up and they had to keep refilming. I remember Christopher Hewett was getting really frustrated and started cursing, and these 2 older ladies in front of us were really shocked, and were very open about it

    Most people don't know this, but although the ABC daytime reruns came first, it was the back-end syndicated run that was announced first. It was announced as early as 1986 in old issues of Broadcasting & Cable magazine, but it wouldn't begin for another 3 years in 1989.
