Um where exactly would he go after "four years"? What other school would he go to? watch the press conference. He flat out said since 1992 he has wanted to coach here. I hate to tell you but there is no reason for any players to go to Memphis now. UK is the place to be.

Is no one going to mention the absurdity NCAA coach's contracts? Are they written on toilet paper? Because Calipari wiped his ass with his 4 years he had left with Memphis. The NCAA doesn't hold coaches to their million dollar deals, and meanwhile, it's illegal for NCAA players to make a buck. Disgraceful.
Good riddance to Calipari. Take your one and done recruits to UK. See how that flies with "Big Blue". But UK, keep in mind when he bails on you in four years, you get what you pay for.

Sorry about taking your coach. Happened to us before as well, so like the folks said below, we know the feeling. Cal has paid his dues tho and deserved this job more than anyone in the country. He'll probably be Governor of the state 10 years from now.
