Lesson 9/15/09 *the Good, the Bad and the Ugly!*

*Please Read Description*
Footage of my lesson last Tuesday, the title pretty much sums it up and I was pretty bummed about it becuz we did so well 2 weeks ago. Some was rider error, believe me, Lisa told me what I did wrong and what I needed to work on, some was Diamon being lazy, he decided he was done and wanted to go back inside, and he was definitely showing his Mr. Pissy Pants and some was the weather:( It was drizzling on and off the whole lesson. I was happy with the last jump and was definitely glad we finished with that! Some might say we jumped too much but Lisa wanted me to work him through it and show him that we're done when I say we're done.lol I almost didn't post this because I know it was a terrible lesson but what's a journey without some lows. It makes the highs worth so much more :) Please watch, rate, comment and subscribe! Lesson 2morrow is working on the flat and next Tuesday is a jumping lesson!

The line starting at 2:54 is my favorite! I can see a lot of improvement! I thought you came up at just the right time for the second jump. Just gotta remember to land on your heels and I think your landings would look smoother =) lookin good!

you're lucky you didnt have my old trainer, haha.

she used to make me put a crop behind my back inbetween my elbows to force my shoulders back. =\

believe me, i learned quick after that! haha ;)

it was july 6th. thank u. me too, it's so comfortable :) and yes, the look rocks,lol I think he will too. I'm hoping to start showing in the spring. i want to start with schooling shows and maybe the hunter classes in 4-H.

the only advice i have is that i wouldnt lean forward so much! especially when your doing a combination bc if the horse stops your gonna go flying off!!!
