How does the Dyna Flex Power Pro Blue compare in resistance to the NSD 350 or even the NSD 250 if you have used one? I want something that I don't have to try to get moving so fast to get the resistance.

i have 1, it sux. get a NSD, they have warranty and u can open them up to repair them. also, the one u got only has 26lb max. this metal one is over 40lb or something
