Hi, Maaguishaa! These are the requirements for Part 2 of Paper 5 (Speaking) of the FCE exam of Cambridge University. Each student is supposed to speak for about 1 minute, comparing two photographs and answering a question. Then the other student (the exam is taken in pairs), answers another question about the pics the other candidate talked about (for about 20 seconds). Roles are then reversed. That's why! Maybe you're not familiar with this exam.... :-)
