@YogDodoth well sir... I was just targeting the usda food pyramid and how much bs it is.. i only workout 3 days a week, eats loads of butter, coconut oil and meats and some carbs here and there... and on my IF days (if u dont know what that is sir... its intermittent fasting).. on those days i eat all the crap i want and still slim down... so I have more than just a clue.....SIR!

@dlw0066 totally wrong, just do 5 meals a day, and some body activity, run a bit, do some exercice. i eat everything, red meat, pasta, rice, potatoes... i never ate a salad, i usually dont eat fruit, i drink a lot of beer, and i'm not a fucking whale cause i do some minor body exercice, 20 situps and 15 minutes running is enough, and you can eat a t-bone everyday without any problem. If you think you can lose weight sitting in front of the tv munching celery with yogurt... you have no clue, sir

its all counting calories... 10 times you ideal body weight in calories is what you should eat per day. For example, a 170 (ideal weight) pound person should eat 1,700 calories per day. Exercise is good for you but doesn't produce the weight loss. It is all about counting counting counting... and then making your calories count, finding more bang for your buck, more food to fill the stomach for less calories. Vegetables are good for this. Weight and measure EVERY food you eat. This is the way!
