@bittenbeauty It knocked the kitten against the wall. It was NOT a balloon. The child is undisciplined & allowed to run rampant & do what she wants to a helpless little baby creature.

Great work: the little fucking cur would get a slap upside the head for treating an animal like that in my presence. But, I would take steps to have made the cat safe from the child well before it could start torturing the animal, and any such unpleasant outcomes could be avoided. If an irresponsible parent is going to ignore or defend such behavior, well.... I don't know. I guess we just sit back and grimace at the completion of the "cycle of idiocy."

However it's not all her fault as blame must also be leveled on the mom for not disciplining her (and I don't mean violently, I mean general sit down sit in that corner you think about it hard discipline... it doesn't always have to end in violence despite the fact she's a terrible little monster!)
