Again? Is it bad for the economy to have a dozen floods a year? The U.S.A. is all over the place in floods, tornadoes, hurricans..., one more flood and the economy will collaps again. They watch soccer and they don't build boats..., this looks like a losing proposition. It's a Global Collaps of the planet, and everyone wants to drill for oil..., I think death will come to many soon, and I'm dead right.

@hackneysaregreat The French people are quite immune to water. In fact, scientific studies have proven that they have a diving reflect which allows them to shove their heads up their asses. They then recycle the gas from their ass into oxygen. Many French people prefer this position and live most of their adult life in this state.
