Pastor DL Foster concludes his testimony of deliverance from homosexuality and how God has brought him through 20 years. May the Lord receive all honor and glory due to his name.
AWESOME testimony! I watched all four parts. Thank you for sharing it. I will refer others to watch your testimony who need encouragement in coming out of Satan's homosexual prison.
@Ranokian Some people's sexual orientation is variable. And engaging homosexual acts don't improve someone's life. Imagine if you had a son who died of AIDS, doesn't that bring depression aswell?
@Ranokian proof of your off the cuff claim that "chance of changing 'sexual orientation' is small". Where's your proof of that? Proof of your claim that "a lot of people get hurt"... What's a lot? How many are we talking and where do you get the numbers from? The point is stop telling lies and making wild unsubstantiated claims. Case closed on this one.
@gcmwatch Scientific proof for what exactly? You cant prove a change in sexual orientation. However, sexual orientation themselves are defined. If a man is attracted to men, he isnt ex gay, ex gay therapy or not. And what is a lot? I guess it runs in the thousands. Exact numbers aren't made public by ex gay organisations. And i'm not denying anyone's right, but people have to be aware of the risk that such therapies can bring. I'm talking about depression, etc.
@Ranokian and where's your scientific evidence to prove that. Scattered anecdotal snippets dont count. What is "a lot"? Quantify that with some proof. People want change, they seek it. Its the same reason why someone who cant get a job in Baltimore would move to Dallas. They want something more than what they have. Its a simple human yearning. And why deny someone the opportunity to CHANGE something they dont want or like? I dont get that.
@gcmwatch I dont use fear, im just saying that the chance of changing sexual orientation are very small. I see you as someone who did just that, change your orientation. However, I also see you as an exception. Not many people are so successful as you are. And a lot of people get hurt while trying. I dont see why people go through such experiences in the first place. Gay, straight, it all has the same value.
