  • You're an amazing teacher...I really appreciate how YOU don't assume we all know proper breathing and transitions...Kudos! I've sent my mother your way...hoping that she will increase her range of mobility...I told her that your videos are very low pressure to achieve perfection. I just know yoga will be good for someone like her with medical mobility issues!
