I have black eyebrows, though they are really sparse, yet some hairs on my eyebrows are to long. My hair I'm starting to dye back to my original colour which is a dark brown. What colour of pencil should I use on my eyebrows?

You should try Maybelline stilleto mascara. It's not volumnizing , makes your lash long and separates very well.
