What a complicated and painful procedure.
Better you take a look at w w w bioimplant.us or Google immediate zirconia implant if you don’t want such a torture.
No flap, no drilling, no bone substitutes,
All you need is just some brain, two hands, a hammer and a mallet and bioimplant.

the tooth that was removed-- was that an old implant or a real tooth? why was the root black?

...in the old days, it was vey common to place a screw inside the tooth root to improve the stability of the crown. Since the implants have excellent success and life expectancy, these type of "old" treatments are less and less common.

Sounds like the rebirth of new baby tooth how romantic. I bet that hurt really bad. Wonder how long before you can floss and eat hard food?

you can eat hard food 3 months after the surgery and the crown is cemented
