FACE AIDS Back to School Campaign

FACE AIDS recognizes the link between education, poverty, and HIV/AIDS, and we're launching a campaign focused on a crucial part of this link: education in Rwanda. College and high school campuses around the U.S. will be selling bookmarks with a Rwandan-made beaded AIDS awareness pin attached to each one. The bookmarks and pins are exchanged for $5 donations, which is matched with an additional $5 from private donors. With only 15 bookmarks sold, you can send a student to school for an entire year. We aim to raise $20,000, enough to send 100 students to school for a year, by November 1st, 2008.
