@VolunteerLS110 Khruschev was a pussy. He didn't serve in WWI. And he became one of three highest men in NKVD under communists regime. These three men were signing dozens of executions every day before the WW II. In WW II Kruschev was a commissar. Hardcore communist, but lousy strategist and tactician. Crushing defeat under Kharkov is his fault. Marshal Zhukov wasn't afraid to hardly criticize Kruschev's actions in WW II. But Khruschev was a leader of USSR when Zhukov was writing his memoirs...

The only son of Kruschev became a combat pilot in 1935 and became MIA in 1943.

So, I guess, as a real soldier Ermey would kick ass of this politician quite easily. :)

In the old days it was simple. White men, small amount of Latin americans, small amount of black. The Corps was a fighting machine. Today it's under control of white flag waving careerists. They are intentionally humiliating US military with racial integrity, racial quotas and many other things. It's a pity to see US military sink under the yoke of liberal bureaucracy.

USMC nicknames were not their idea. "Leatherneck" refers to the leather strap worn around their necks while onboard sailing ships, to protect from cutlass slash wounds.

"Devil Dogs" came from captured German intelligence reports in WW1.
