@LittleNeji455 Actually, Hina Kagiyama is also a doll. Just not the way manner that Alice's Shanghai and Hourai or Medicine are.

Hina could mean either "Bird chick" or "Doll." Hina is the leader of the Nagashi-bina doll army whose job is to scare off lost Humans who get too near to the Youkai Mountain as well as gathering their misfortune.~Touhou Wiki

@Pretztailfan95 .....Well Alice isent a doll, so she cant really be 'topped'...And Medicine other then Shanghai and Hourai are the ONLY dolls in touhou and they both are controlled by Alice so yes i agree Medicine is the better doll...just doesent top Alice in any certain way
