http://www.v8tvshow.com - Splitter is all back together and it was finally time to take to the streets! Brett Evans toured us around with the 1970 Pontiac Trans Am clone through some quite backroads, but it's hard to be inconspicuous in a borderline race car! We'll be at the track soon to get some real numbers, both at the drag strip and on the road course.

  • how mutch hp and tourque does this car make at the engine and then at the wheels

  • @8sixfeetunder 850 on motor + 300+ Nitrous shot.. Don't know wheel power.

  • nice to have money to finnish your project in no time! real world guys on a budget cant do this! still a sick build non the less!!!

  • This car took almost a year to build... don't let the videos fool you. There has been ALOT of time in this car to get it dialed in.

  • This isn't a real TA... it's just a plain Firebird. No real Trans Ams were hurt during this build!

  • Bad, just bad to the bone.

  • Damn that's sexy!

  • Just plain mean! The 70' TA was the best of the bread!

  • @V8TV boohoo same car

  • all i can say is i wish it were mine ! looks great ! sounds great ! with a 9.28 et time to boot ! anyone not loving this ride is just plain ignorant or green with envy !

  • @8sixfeetunder roughly 600

  • They need to ditch the fag wheels.

  • Beautiful Man.............

  • I think it looks good, to those who are anal about originality sure it might look horrible but i like a good mix of original and custom, the rims are great for it, i would have painted it black myself (i know, they never came in black that year, cry me a river LOL) i love the Butler Pontiac motors, i would have done an aftermarket seat that resembles the original seats but is thoroughly modern, then again id be using it for a more street application than what this was meant for, no nitrus either

  • @V8TV I think he's saying for normal people who aren't rich 1 year to finish something like this would be a pipe dream.
