INTERVIEW: KIDS Count Report (2011-08-19)

http://www.newmexicoinfocus.org - New Mexico still ranks near the bottom of most child well-being rankings, according to the latest national Kids Count Report. But, researchers say the silver lining is the situation is not getting any worse for children here in the Land of Enchantment. NMiF Correspondent Peter St. Cyr sits down with the state's Kids Count Director to talk about the results of the report, as well as New Mexico Voices for Children's policy director to talk about what is being done to stem the tide.
