Smerconish is "intelligent"? By his own admission, he scored 800 on the SAT's (I know many people, including myself, who scored nearly that just on the math!) That extrapolates to a borderline-retarded IQ. Smerconish has no brain, he just memorizes other people's opinions and regurgitates them as he sees fit. His main demographic of listeners consists of lower- and lower-middle class white-trash males over 50. He is a loser trial attorney who has no personal talents, just a good memory.

The problem is people think they have a right to not be offended. They don't. Your rights are detailed in the constitution of the United States and that's all you're given. If you can't make it with those rights, then idk what to tell you.
