How To Reserve Tickets For A Very Potter Sequel

INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION REQUEST E-MAIL:

In the Subject Line of the e-mail:

Please put in the subject line AVPS TICKET REQUEST for MAY (And insert the date for which you would like to reserve tickets; either 14, 15 or 16; DO NOT PUT 14th, 15th, or 16th, only the numbers)

In the Body of the e-mail:

1.Your Full Name (as it appears on a picture i.d. that you will be asked to show when you retrieve your tickets at the theatre, this is to verify your identity)

2.Your Date of Birth (if you are under 18 years old you must have a parent or legal guardian sponsor whose information must also be included in the body of the e-mail; that sponsor must accompany you to the theater to produce their photo i.d.)

3.The State and City In Which You Live, and How You Plan to Get to the Performance (if you are from out of the United States, include the country you live in, where in that country, and how you plan to reach Ann Arbor, Michigan; for example, if you are from Canada, put Canada, Winnipeg, My mum is driving me; show proof of travel plans if possible)

4.A Phone Number We May Reach You At (or the phone number of your parent or legal guardian, please specify whose number it is, if there ever may be a reason for us to contact this person; this is so we have the ability to contact you quickly in the case of an emergency or if we need to verify that you can actually reach Ann Arbor, Michigan on the night of the performance you are reserving tickets for; your privacy will be respected and we will not share this number with any third parties)

5.The Night You Are Requesting Reservations For (either May 14, 15 or 16; if you would like to request multiple nights, send a separate request e-mail for each night; you will only be chosen to receive tickets for one night, so please only send serious requests that you are absolutely certain you can attend)

6.The Number of Tickets You Would Like to Reserve (up to 4 tickets per person, you and three guests)

7.The Names and Ages of Your Intended Guests (if any, they will also be asked to show photo i.d. at the theatre; if you receive a conformation of your ticket request but would like to change your list of guests, you may send a follow-up e-mail in response to your Confirmation E-mail)

8.All Of The Above Information For Your Parent or Legal Guardian Sponsor (if you are under 18 years old, we may contact this sponsor to confirm plans)
