so yea im quiting for missy and to go to job corps.... i hate to stop since i thought id smoke till the day i died...but i guess all good thing have to come to an end right? if you have any word of encoragement trust me it will be helpful. ~muzz~

You have to be in the right mindset to quit smoking. You need to be looking forward to being smoke-free, and not dreading smoking your last cig. You have to be disgusted with yourself for what you have done to your body and that (for me at least) was enough to never pick up a cig ever again. it's 3 years since i quit. You can do it bro! Read Allen Carr's book, it will change your mindset towards smoking completely and you will see smoking in a completely different light!
