To straighten 10g copper wire (2+ground wire), cut all insulation off wire. Then cut needed lengths +1 in. for triming. Put one end ina vice adn hook the other end to a variable speed drill. Drill slow until straight as a pin.

  • I've done this, but you may need to anneal after.
